Aerobic kickboxing is a great class that uses combinations of punches and kicks, as well as weights and circuit training to build muscle, burn fat, increase endurance, and improve coordination and balance. It's a challenging, full body workout that can be tailored to meet the needs of all participants regardless of fitness level.

ABS is a challenging abdominal workout that strengthens muscles for improved posture and breath control during aerobic activity. Each class offers different patterns, and the exercises can be altered to meet the individual needs of participants.
15 minutes, no experience necessary
Come join us for this athletic based entire body workout. No hard choreography, just basic moves that pack a punch. Beginners and advanced excercisers will be challenged through out this workout. One hour is all it takes to target overall fitness and variety. We vary the use of resistance tools such as weights, body bars, and fitness bands to guarantee results. Cardio Conditioning and muscle sculpting will rev up your metabolism to fire up the weight loss process. Classes alternate focus between upper and lower body. All classes end with a strong abdominal session and a relaxing cool down stretch. Come have fun with us! You'll feel even better!

Jennine is a certified aerobic kickboxing instructor, step instructor, and personal trainer. She has been teaching kickboxing since 2003.
Patti has been teaching various types of fitness classes in the Fredericksburg area for 14 years. She brings lots of enthusiasm and fun to her classes along with great results. Patti is certified to teach aerobics, step, kickboxing, and overall body conditioning. Patti and her husband Chris have lived in Fredericksburg for the past 28 years. They have two adult daughters. They love the Fredericksburg area and are very involved in the local community along with running their Real Estate and Appraisal Companies. Patti believes that fitness is a way of life and the benefits are abundant. Her favorite quote to her classes is, "They call it a 'workout' not an 'easyout"!
