Dewey has started a 2-Hour Spin Challenge that meets on the first Saturday of every month from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. - free to members and walk-ins are welcome!

The SPINNING program is a non-impact, individually paced journey to a healthy, balanced, fit lifestyle that can be enjoyed by participants of all fitness levels. This indoor workout on specially designed stationary bicycles is conducted in a group setting. Your SPINNING instructor will use music and visual imagery to lead you through a multi-terrain workout traveling up and down hills, over bumps on the road, and through sprints in this fast-paced 40 minute work-out. SPINNING, it's simple, fun and easy to learn.

We offer the top certified SPINNING instructors in the industry and great spinning facilities! Enjoy surround sound in a space devoted to spinners only!
