GENTLE YOGA

ABOUT THIS CLASS

​

All levels of experience can benefit from this class. This class is perfect if you are experienced but would like to back off a bit to refine your techniques. It is also perfect for any level if you have recently been ill, injured or just particularly fatigued or stressed out. If you are a beginner, this class is the perfect opportunity to learn yoga in a comfortable and supportive setting.

 

With the use of chairs and props (or not), this flow class challenges you to be your best and/or can be modified in a way to meet your needs. This contributes to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and heightens a sense of well-being.

RYT 200 YOGA

ABOUT THIS CLASS

​

This class designed to provide the traditional Yoga Experience. It focuses on breathing synchronized with yoga poses. You will increase strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. The class is designed to accommodate all levels of experiences thus the instructor "builds" on each pose. Instructor's style of teaching is YogaFit®.

HATHA YOGA

It is recommended that you bring the following to the practice: a beach towel to put over your mat, a hand towel to wipe the perspiration off of yourself and a water bottle.

VINYASA YOGA

ABOUT THIS CLASS

​

 In Sanskrit "nyasa" means "to place" and "vi" denotes "in a special way". In this class we will practice hatha yoga with the intention of vinaysa, meaning we will pay attention to the proper alignment and placement of each pose. We will also explore yoga concepts, breathing, and peak poses that will challenge and connect your mind body experience. This class is great for beginners who are just starting their yoga journey and for experienced practitioners shaping their practice with focus and intention.

HOT YOGA JOURNEY

This class will follow Yoga Sequences that will help you achieve a Lean, Flexible & Toned Body.
